Value-added poultry processing demands better alignment between product mix, labor structure, automation choices, and end-of-line performance. This type of project shows how Alfa can bring that structure into one upgrade package.
The processor needed a stronger link between cut-up output and packing capacity while preserving enough flexibility for product variation. Alfa’s role was to structure the technical choices around the business model, not only the equipment list.
Alfa reviewed product mix, labor deployment, departmental handoff, and automation options. The project created a better basis for investment by tying cut-up decisions to downstream packing performance and future capacity goals.
