The plant needed to modernize the evisceration department while keeping shutdown risk under control and protecting the performance of adjacent departments. The challenge was not only equipment replacement, but also cross-vendor compatibility and site execution timing.
Alfa reviewed the existing condition, defined the interface requirements, coordinated supplier scope, and structured the shutdown sequence so mechanical fit, utilities, and restart priorities were visible to the plant team before work began.
