Our automated nugget production lines cover the entire process, including meat preparation, forming, breading, frying, cooling, and packaging. With capacities ranging from 500 kg/h to 5 tons/h, we ensure efficient and consistent production of high-quality nuggets.

Meatball Processing Lines

We design meatball production systems that include meat preparation, forming, cooking, cooling, freezing, and packaging. These lines maintain product consistency while handling up to 5 tons per hour, ensuring high-volume output with premium quality.

Poultry Processing Lines

Alfa Food & Poultry Projects delivers complete poultry processing solutions, from slaughtering and defeathering to evisceration, chilling, weighing, and packaging. Our systems process 350 to 8,000 birds per hour, adhering to top industry standards and ensuring operational efficiency.

Leafy Greens Processing Lines

Our leafy greens processing systems handle cutting, washing, drying, weighing, and packaging, with capacities from 500 kg/h to 4 tons/h. These lines are designed to maintain the freshness and quality of vegetables while ensuring seamless operation.
